Inspector Rick Sciacallo together with the police force will have to investigate the mysterious Chameleon, a women's serial killer in a small town besieged by a hallucinogenic drug, hidden hierarchies and violence on the streets. But when during the night he begins to receive video cassettes portraying the murders committed by the killer, he will find himself involved in a frightening and sadistic conspiracy that could bring down all his certainties and the entire city.
