He was born on June 7th in Mexico City. Vicente Garibay Lijanova is a young filmmaker, holding a degree in Digital Film and Post-production from SAE Institute Mexico, and a co-creator of Cine Acrílico. His areas of interest are Direction, Production, and Editing. His passion for cinema ignited at the age of twelve, and he has participated in various workshops at CCC, ENAC, and CasAzul, which helped shape his path as a filmmaker. His short films have been awarded and selected in significant national and international festivals. Currently, he is in the process of distributing fiction and documentary short films, and also working on the screenplay for his debut feature film.
