Biography

Paul Dudbridge is a director and producer making feature films and television. He produced and directed the award winning science-fiction film "Horizon" which tells the story of five friends who must evacuate the city of Bristol after an alien ship appears on the city's skyline. Paul was nominated for Best Director at the Royal Television Society West of England Awards 2016 for the show. His other works include producing and directing two gothic thrillers, "Fear the Invisible Man" and "Frankenstein: Legacy" both being sold to various territories around the world by 101 Films International. When not filming, Paul lectures at BoomSatsuma Film School in Bristol. He is the author of two film books; "Shooting Better Movies: The student film-makers guide" and "Making Your First Blockbuster", both released worldwide and published by Michael Wiese Productions (Shot by Shot/Save the Cat/The Writer's Journey).
