In the 1950s, Carlson was animating more feature films, such as The Three Caballeros (1945), Alice in Wonderland (1951), Peter Pan (1952) and Sleeping Beauty (1959). After leaving Walt Disney Studios at the end of the 1950s, he founded a short lived Bob Carlson Studio, and later worked for various animation studios, such as United Productions of America (UPA), Filmation Associates, and Bakshi Productions. -http://rarebit.org/?people=robert-w-jr-bob-carlson
