Biography

Nicole Elizabeth Berger, (born November 27, 2003) is an American actress, musician and model. Shortly after starting to work in the modeling industry, Nicole began her acting career; performing in local theater where she starred in productions as Miss Honey in Matilda, Maria in West Side Story and in renditions of The Nutcracker. Nicole had her first film debut in the 2011 film Goldberg- P.I. and within the next three years, she was cast as Young Beatrice in the 2014 comedy-drama The Longest Week, which earned the Breakthrough Award at the Georgia Film Critics Association Festival. Berger then landed the lead role of Grace Clarke in the 2016 drama All at Once which premiered at that year’s Napa Valley Film Festival and then screened at the Buffalo Dreams Fantastic Film Festival. The actress then appeared in the fantasy-reality film The Place of No Words in 2019, where Nicole is featured as the enchanted-fairy Esmeralda. The film debuted in 2019 at the Tribeca Film Festival and then again at the Philadelphia Film Festival. Nicole next starred in the short-film, Ali’s Realm, as Ali; a role for which Nicole won both Best Actress at the 2020 Seattle International Film Festival, and the Lead Actress Award at the 2020 Best Shorts Competition. During that same year, Nicole appeared in the short-film Five Teenagers Walk into a Bar, as well as the 2020 comedic crime-drama Clover; a role for which Nicole was nominated for Best Teen Actress in a Streaming Film Role by the 42nd Young Artist Academy Awards. Nicole stars also alongside the late Cameron Boyce in the 2020 award-winning indie-thriller Runt as Cecily. The film premiered at the 2020 Mammoth Film Festival where it received Best Director and the Audience Award for Best Film. Most recently, Nicole finished filming Black Spines, an upcoming horror-thriller film currently in post-production for 2023. Nicole is currently a Theater, Dance and Media concentrator at Harvard University and will be graduating in 2027. In addition, she has recently joined The Harvard Callbacks (a university a cappella group).
