Sasheer Zamata Moore (born May 6, 1986) is an American actress, writer, and comedian known for her work as a cast member on Saturday Night Live from 2014 to 2017. She has also served as a celebrity ambassador for the ACLU. She has appeared on Hulu’s Woke, Comedy Central’s Robbie, the horror comedy film Spree, the Lionsgate’s romantic comedy The Weekend, and the movie I Feel Pretty with Amy Schumer. She stars as Denise on the ABC sitcom Home Economics. She is one half of the weekly podcast Best Friends, with her best friend Nicole Byer.
