Synopsis
Five college kids set out to document ghosts on video in real, haunted Goldfield, Nevada , never imagining what horrors await. Couples, Julie (Marnett Paterson) and Mike (Richie Chance) and Dean (Scott Whyte) and Kerri (Mandy Amano), join shyly handsome Chad (Kellan Lutz).Their car mysteriously dies, cell phones fail, and Julie has horrific visions near an old graveyard. Tavern owner Jackson (Roddy Piper) provides keys to the museum-like hotel. The teens enter, unaware they’re being locked in. Julie recounts the haunting true tale of hotel owner George Winfield (Chuck Zito), betrayed by his beautiful wife Elizabeth (Ashly Rae), who seduces the barman and has his baby. Winfield murders mother and child, cursing his chambermaid informant forever.The videographers discover room 109, where Elizabeth died. While Kerri and Mike drink and have sex, Elizabeth ’s spirit possesses Kerri. Surprised and embarrassed by the trio, Kerri flees into the basement and Mike wanders off. Chad consoles Julie and they discover newfound mutual attraction. Elizabeth wreaks horrific revenge… beheading Kerri with a shovel, seducing Mike in a flesh-tearing frenzy, and chasing Dean to a fatal fall. Julie realizes her grandmother was the treacherous chambermaid, whose locket is key to breaking the curse and releasing the evil. Chad and Julie find Dean’s corpse, but there’s no escape. Elizabeth slaughters Chad . Julie confronts Elizabeth and surrenders the locket, freeing Elizabeth ’s ghost. But Julie becomes the victim of her grandmother’s curse as George Winfield, back from the grave, torments her forever. She’s the new Ghost of Goldfield.

i seams like a wonderful movie but kind of creepy. but i don’t get it dose julie die? and become the ghost? i think that its really gross that karri was beheaded with a shovel.
